All equipment supplied though Vision comes with a manufacturer's warranty. On installation, we will allocate an unique ID record details of your equipment in our bespoke Service Management system which will allow us to manage this warranty on your behalf and build up a history of your kitchen. You only have to call number to report any problems.
Many of our customers ask us to carry out regular preventative maintenance on their equipment so that downtime during peak times is minimised. This can be arranged with you to suit your operation.
