All equipment supplied through Vision comes with a manufacturer's warranty and we take our after sales responsibility very seriously.
On installation, we will allocate a unique ID record with details of your equipment in our bespoke Service Management system. This allows us to manage the warranty on your behalf and build up a history of your kitchen. You only have to call us to report any problems.
Many of our customers ask us to carry out regular preventative maintenance on their equipment so that downtime during peak times is minimised.
This can be arranged with you to suit your operation.
