Yes, our service desk is available 7 days a week (7am-10pm). Our service desk is manned 8am-5pm and an out of hours number is available for calls pre 8am and 5pm-10pm.

Is there a standard warranty on kitchen equipment?

No, this is dependent on the manufacturer's warranty policy. As a minimum your equipment should usually have 12 months parts and labour warranty, with some manufacturer's extending this up to 3 years.

Yes, extended warranty is available from certain brands, this must be purchased at the time of the initial equipment purchase.

Do you provide out of hours/ weekend breakdown cover?

Yes, we have engineers available 7 days a week. The call desk will prioritise equipment repairs that has a significant impact on trading and/ or health and safety.
