Our project management service includes:
Liaising with the client to establish service requirements
Attending briefing, pre-contract and site meetings
Supporting, liaising and interfacing with construction contractors, architects and M&E consultants
Managing a turn-key service where required
Health and Safety management
Providing method statements and risk assessments
Supervising the installation and commissioning process
At this point the project is handed back to the Account Manager to ensure the client is satisfied and fully trained in the safe operation of the equipment.
Alongside the Project Managers, the Sales Support and Service Team are an integral part of our business, ensuring quotes and orders are processed, after sales care is maintained and all incoming enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
