A respected past Chairman of ceda, his extensive knowledge of diverse operational styles and strong relationships with key manufacturers enable him to align client needs, expectations, and budgets with practical and durable solutions.


Phil Shea
Projects Director
With experience dating back to the 1980s, Phil possesses vast expertise in commercial kitchen design, project management, and the successful implementation of multi-site rollouts. His proven track record includes managing major installations for clients in the MOD, rail, marine sectors, and stadia among others.
Stan Cookson
Operations and Compliance Director
Stan is the Operations and Compliance Director at Vision Commercial Kitchens, following his role as Operations & Compliance Manager. His career provides a broad operational perspective from various sectors, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and regulatory compliance, including significant experience in senior operations within the catering equipment industry.
