Vision first met the owners of Ducks Hill Garden Centre at the Glee exhibition in 2012. At the time Ducks Hill didn't have any catering offer and they were looking to establish a coffee shop within their establishment.

OUR WORK
Vision were able to offer advice on the best possible way to incorporate a coffee shop within the garden centre, including advising on size and location. Ducks Hill was a full turnkey project, the aim was to provide a 60 seat coffee shop with further seating in the development of an outside seating area.
As there was no prior kitchen or allocated space for the kitchen, Vision were tasked with converting an old store room in order to construct the kitchen. Vision provided all of the kitchen equipment, the counter, all M&E works, walls and ceilings and all light equipment including tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, kitchen utensils, chefs clothing and hygiene products.
All work was completed in time and the coffee shop was successfully opened on the target date which was set prior to the work commencing. The establishment of the restaurant has made a huge impact on the footfall within the garden centre and the restaurant continues to be incredibly successful.
