OUR WORK
The site consists of one and two bedroom apartments which offers independent living for the over 55s and provides a flexible care option. Vision worked with the Main Contractor, Bouygues in order to provide the catering facilities for three areas within the site; the main kitchen, the servery counter and a remote coffee counter.
The brief was to provide the three areas within the development whilst paying attention to the required budget. It was important that the equipment provided was of a high quality and durability whilst also being economical. The design and finish of the counters were fundamental to the overall scheme. The client envisioned solid state tops for both counters to provide a modern style finish. The main servery also had LED down lights included in order to enhance the finish of the counter itself.
