'We required a kitchen that was both practical and functional and came in on budget. We got all three of these and we are extremely happy with the end result. Vision were a pleasure to work with, their attention to detail was second to none, both in the planning/ development and installation stages.
It was important that as a College, and a publicly funded organisation, that we strived to save as much money as we could on energy costs. Our new induction kitchen certainly delivers that, and with our two extra combi-ovens and a Control Induction island, we've been able to be more creative and productive with both the training we offer our students and the food we deliver in the L20 Restaurant.
