Nino’s is an Italian restaurant in Lancashire, serving authentic food and drink with an emphasis on healthy living: “a taste of Italy with a Lancashire twist. The venue was converted from a former pub and Indian restaurant, requiring a complete refurbishment to house the new concept.
Designing a flexible kitchen
The client’s brief was to create a modern open kitchen built on traditional Italian values, capable of handling two sittings of 180 covers each evening. With a clear vision of how the space should operate, the client worked closely with Vision to develop a layout that maximised flexibility across multiple preparation stations.

Equipment and installation
Vision specified quality yet affordable equipment to meet the needs of the client and their award-winning chef. The kitchen included: - Rosinox heavy-duty modular prime cooking equipment - Bespoke granite and stainless steel server counters - A Meiko pass-through dishwasher - Bespoke fabrication tailored to the site Installation ran smoothly, with Vision adhering to the main contractor's strict health and safety requirements. The project was completed on time and handed over successfully.
A successful handover
The client was delighted with the finished kitchen, praising the quality of the design and installation. With its efficient layout and robust equipment, the kitchen supports Nino’s ambition to grow and expand in the future.
