Trioscape Garden Centre in Highleadon, Gloucestershire, is a popular destination with a thriving restaurant. Following a successful earlier project, the client returned to Vision Commercial Kitchens for a second time to upgrade its catering facilities and create space for an additional 100 covers.
Upgrading the kitchen
The kitchen design was reworked to focus on storage and dishwashing, which had been under pressure due to increasing demand. Vision installed a new cold room and freezer, and replaced the old dishwash system with a Meiko twin hood pass-through unit to handle higher volumes.
The cookline was relocated, a central island developed, and a new pastry section introduced, resulting in a more efficient and practical layout.
Improving front of house
At the front of house, Vision extended and redesigned the servery counter, adding a hot pass to improve menu flexibility and speed of service. Working alongside Square One, the team reworked the existing counter to create a modernised, customer-friendly finish.
Minimising disruption
The restaurant remained open throughout installation. Vision’s team worked swiftly and carefully to minimise the impact on customer experience, ensuring business continuity while delivering the refurbishment on schedule.
