Vision Commercial Kitchens partnered once again with Colicci to deliver works at *The Italian Gardens Café*, overlooking the Italian Fountains in Kensington Gardens. This project continued the long-standing relationship between Vision and Colicci, focused on combining operational efficiency with high-quality finishes.
Counter and workspace upgrades
Vision installed a brand-new L-shaped counter with a stone worktop and two drop-down chilled display units. The back counter was extended to provide additional workspace for baristas, along with a glass refresher to improve service efficiency.
Back of house improvements
Changes behind the scenes included removing a janitor sink and fitting a new hand wash basin, ensuring the café's workspace was practical, hygienic, and aligned with operational needs.
