Brief & Objectives

Fortnum & Mason required a commercial kitchen and catering environment at Heathrow T5 that could deliver premium service to passengers in line with the brand’s high standards. Vision was tasked with ensuring the design combined operational efficiency with the luxury positioning associated with Fortnum & Mason.

Design, Delivery & Outcome

Vision developed a tailored kitchen layout that supported high-volume service within the restrictions of an airport environment. Careful planning was required to meet stringent site regulations while maximising available space.The completed installation provided Fortnum & Mason with a robust, efficient catering facility capable of handling Heathrow T5's demanding service levels while maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and attention to detail.
