CEDA GRAND PRIX AWARDS SHORTLIST

Vision Commercial Kitchens are extremely proud to have three projects shortlisted at this year’s ceda Grand Prix Awards, a prestigious industry event.

The shortlist was announced on Wednesday and we were delighted to have been informed that our entries The Cat’s Pyjamas, The Ned Hotel and Snowdonia Nurseries all made it through to the final round in the Small Projects, Project Management and Outstanding Customer Service categories respectively.

The Cat’s Pyjamas is a new Indian street food establishment in Leeds city centre, where we worked with owner Alison White to help her create a similar concept to her first restaurant but in a much trickier building.

Our client at Snowdonia Nurseries, situated in Conwy, wanted to transform their restaurant but had never been involved in a catering project before. Therefore Vision delivered a very high standard of service and built a close relationship with the client to instil confidence and exceed their expectations.

Finally, The Ned Hotel in London is the biggest scheme Vison have completed to date, with a value of £3 million. Working on a total of 12 kitchens and 12 bars, managing this project presented a level of difficulty almost unprecedented within the company but was a great success.

The ceda Conference 2018 is to be held at the Hilton, St George’s Park in Burton upon Trent on the 26th and 27th of April where the Grand Prix award winners will be announced.
