Ashridge Business School, established in 1959, is one of the world’s leading centres for executive education and is consistently ranked among the top business schools by the Financial Times. Vision Commercial Kitchens was appointed to deliver a full kitchen fit-out, designed to meet the demands of a high-volume catering environment within a tight timeframe.
Comprehensive fit-out works
Vision’s scope of work included a full kitchen fit-out with premium, high-performance equipment. Key elements of the project were:
Full kitchen installation, including cook island and FlexiChef
Combination ovens and Bratt pan
Coldroom and waste de-waterer
Mechanical and electrical works, covering floors, walls, ceilings, electricals, and a new extraction canopy
During the strip-out of old equipment, a grand fireplace was uncovered. Rather than conceal it, Vision integrated this striking feature into the final kitchen design, adding character to the space.

Despite a challenging programme, Vision successfully completed the project ahead of schedule. The completed facility combined durability, efficiency, and modern design, ensuring the kitchen could meet the heavy demands of the business school's catering operations.
