Deva Point is a retirement living scheme in Chester that provides 140 apartments for the over-55s. Vision Commercial Kitchens designed, supplied and installed the catering facilities to support residents and staff with durable, fit-for-purpose equipment.

Brief & Objectives
The scheme required commercial catering facilities that could meet the daily needs of residents while being reliable, safe and cost-effective to operate. Vision was tasked with creating a kitchen environment that would deliver consistent performance and comply with the strict standards expected in a retirement living development.
Design, Delivery & Outcome
Vision designed, supplied and installed a complete commercial kitchen tailored to Deva Point's requirements. The specification prioritised robust, long-lasting equipment to ensure minimal downtime and ease of maintenance. Space planning and workflow were considered carefully to provide an efficient working environment for staff while maximising capacity.The result was a kitchen facility that supports the smooth running of the retirement scheme, with durable infrastructure and equipment designed to serve residents reliably for years to come.
