Fernleigh Extra Care is an independent-living development for over-55s in Witney, operated by the housing association Green Square Group. Working alongside main contractor Bouygues, Vision delivered commercial catering facilities across three areas: the main kitchen, a central servery counter and a remote coffee counter. Brief & objectives
The brief was to deliver three catering areas within a defined budget: the main production kitchen, a central servery and a remote coffee counter. The specification prioritised equipment that was durable, high quality and economical to run. Counter design was integral to the scheme, with both counters finished in solid-surface tops to give a clean, modern appearance, while LED downlights to the main servery enhanced presentation and the overall finish.
