Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is a new-generation Indian and Pakistani restaurant in Manchester | North West. Vision were involved from the outset, shaping a kitchen to match the type of cooking, equipment and ambience the client wanted—centred on a fully open, guest-facing layout.
The brief: open kitchen, on show
The client wanted a fully fledged open kitchen with everything on view: not a mish-mash, but a cohesive, state-of-the-art space that presents the food at its best. Vision worked from first principles, aligning specification and layout to the cooking style and operational needs.
