REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

WHAT IS PLANNED REACTIVE MAINTENANCE?

Reactive Maintenance is different to Planned Preventative Maintenance. Planned Preventative Maintenance is a scheduled maintenance routine which is pre-arranged. This helps to minimise the chance of equipment breaking down. Whereas Reactive Maintenance is maintenance which is carried out in direct response to a break down or malfunctioning of equipment.

In an ideal world, your equipment would never breakdown if you've taken care of it and undertaken Planned Preventative Maintenance. Unfortunately, similarly to car, despite your best efforts you may occasionally encounter a breakdown. That's where our Reactive Maintenance offering comes in, similarly to a roadside breakdown recovery company for a car.

Reactive Maintenance is required in the unfortunate event that a piece of equipment breaks down.

This falls into 2 categories...

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY PERIOD

If you encounter a problem whilst the equipment is under the manufacturer's warranty period, we will handle this on your behalf via the manufacturer. We'll take care of the entire process for you following your initial call to us.

NON-WARRANTY

If you encounter a problem with a piece of equipment which is outside of its warranty period, we will make sure that the correct, expert engineer attends your breakdown to help get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
